With a 73% bounce-rate and information spread over 129 pages, BC Hydro’s Power Smart message wasn't resonating with customers as well as it could. Rather than condensing the information into yet another eco-focussed, stale website we created the Power Pointers, a team of everyday power-saving heroes. Each character was modelled in 3D and came to life in an interactive, cross-platform site where their unique personalities allowed us to convey energy conservation tips and advice in a fun and engaging way. So engaging in fact that the average time on site went up 400%, and that bounce rate; well it dropped by a whopping 64%!
