BCAA is a business renowned for it's award-winning customer service, but unfortunately the website was not delivering an experience fitting of the brand. The non-responsive site placed too much focus on promotions and transaction leaving the user confused and overwhelmed. We started from scratch creating a site that offered users a simple, guided experience that focussed on streamlined buy flows, passive and interactive education, and tools that guide the user start to finish. The results were substantial with a 73% increase in Membership conversion, a 27% increase in sales, and most importantly an experience that now matched the brand's commitment to customer service.
